Biography

Ei Phyu Win has a doctorate in information technology from the University of Computer Studies, Mandalay. Her doctoral dissertation was on the topics of iris recognition using secant lines segments histogram. Before her stint at MIIT, Dr. Ei Phyu Win has taught at other universities in Myanmar, such as the University of Computer Studies, Mandalay and Computer University, Pinlon.
