Biography

Biography – Shannar Phine is an associate professor at MIIT. She completed her master’s degree in computer science from the University of Computer Studies, Mandalay in 2008. Prior to joining MIIT, she worked as associate professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Computer Studies, Loikaw, Myanmar. She has more than 19 years of experience in teaching Information science.
