Course Description

The course introduces the importance of social and business skills in today’s extremely competitive world. Personal branding is a key stepping stone to success in the business world and is a necessary qualification even at entry levels in organisations. The course focuses on effective communication, building confidence and self-esteem, improving networking skills, creating a personal brand, and use of social media with responsibility.

The course emphasises learning through activities and role plays. With extensive use of videos, the learners will be exposed to behaviours accepted the world over. The course does not limit itself to any geography or country. In fact, the course aims at providing common acceptable norms in social behaviour that are expected from a global citizen.
